More Fungi Fest Info for this Saturday

Please join us at Sunriver Nature Center and Observatory on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 10- 3 PM.  Here’s what to expect:

• a variety of mushrooms on display, labeled with latin names 
• a guest mycologist to ID the mushrooms you bring in
• several speakers on mushroom topics
• two short mushroom walks in the garden for beginning mushroom hunters
• an edible and look-alike table
• a children’s touch table
•  a mushroom cooking demonstration by a local chef
• shuttle service to make parking easier
• 3 food trucks with snacks
• many vendors selling everything mushroomy

Tickets will be sold only at the door
